Sample Sale - Jack's Routine Chart

This is a sample that was made for photography and is in perfect condition.

This reward chart is personalised with the name Jack in red.

The chart measures 16cm wide and 26.5cm tall and comes with 2 magnetic strips on the back so that it can be attached to the fridge. It comes with 5 gold stars with velcro dots on the back so that they can be easily removed and reattached.

You write the routine task on each of the white strips using a white board marker, so that they can be wiped off and changed whenever you wish to change the routine. The stars can be attached to the chart each time your child completes a task, to keep them motivated.
