Can I change the acrylic colours on products that you sell?

Yes absolutely, everything is made to order so can be cut in any colour to match your décor. But please contact me and check that I stock the colours you are after before ordering.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once I receive your order it takes me 3-5 days to make and send it. I post everything via Royal Mail 2nd class which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive so please make sure you leave enough time for your items to be made and arrive if ordering for a specific date.

Can I display my item outside?

The wood I use is not treated for outside use so will not withstand the wet and frost etc. Therefore everything that I make is for inside use only. I have however created custom pieces in the past that have been made just from acrylic which will survive outside. I have not tested whether the colour will fade in the acrylic over time when outside so I cannot guarantee the longevity of the product if left outside.

Can I send an order straight to someone as a gift with a note?

I am really happy to do this for you. Make sure you put the address of the recipient as the delivery address and then if you would like a gift note adding you can write this in the ‘Add a note to my order’ option when you go to your Cart. Please add any notes at the time of ordering rather than contacting me afterwards so that I don’t miss any messages you want adding.

If you would like to send gifts to more than one recipient, they need to be completed as separate orders so that I have all of the correct delivery addresses for each gift and postage is paid on each order.

Do you do custom designs?

I love creating custom designs for you. You can use the Contact Us page on the website to get in touch with me with your requests and ideas. There is a Custom Designs section on the website where you can find more information about this.

Do you offer wholesale to shops?

I offer wholesale through Ankorstore and Faire, my entire wholesale catalogue is uploaded onto both of those websites, so if you are a retailer looking to stock Hannah Joy Designs that is where you will find me.

Can I change my order?

Your items will be made to order so this may mean that if you want to make a change it is already in the process of being made. But please do get in touch to discuss possible changes as soon as possible, and I will always do what I can. Personalised orders are much harder to change, and I try to minimise wasted materials wherever possible so please check and double check personalised orders before you checkout to avoid any mistakes.

Can I combine multiple orders so that I only pay postage once?

If you have placed an order and then you want to order again, I am happy to send them together and can give you a code before you order to avoid paying postage twice. However, if your order has already been packed and/or posted then this won’t be possible.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

I currently only ship within the UK for website orders. But I ship internationally on Etsy so click on the link at the top of the page to be taken there.

Do you offer any different shades of wood?

I mainly use the oak finish that you see across the website, but I do have other wood shades that are darker and lighter which I am happy to discuss if you have something specific in mind.
